Every other year, ALL volunteers are asked to read NAC's Working with Children/Students Policies:
After reading the policies, ALL volunteers are expected to complete the Volunteer Worker Questionnaire:
Or you can download and print the paper forms and return to the church office. Working with Children or Working with Students 5th-12th grade.
Volunteers AGE 15 AND OVER are also expected to complete online Child Safety training. Please email the church office to request this training be sent to your email.
We also complete a background check on all new volunteers OVER THE AGE OF 18. Please download the Background Authorization form and return it to the church, or email the church office to complete the Background Check electronically
